Blend of Cetearyl Alcohol and PEG-40 Stearate. Emulsifying Wax 14 #459P by Koster Keunen acts as a wax & consistency factor, protective agent, emulsifier and thickener & stabilizer. It is derived from plant based fatty alcohols and a polyethylene glycol derivative of stearic acid. It is self-emulsifying, highly stable in acidic & basic media and is highly compatible with most cosmetic ingredients. It is a cost-effective raw material that can enhance product stability and provide the textures and consistencies to it and is free of genetically modified organisms (GMO).
