Euphorbia Cerifera Cera. Double Refined Candelilla #102 by Koster Keunen acts as a wax & consistency factor, emollient and slip aid. It also acts as a barrier, film former, water resistant and gelling agent. It is a vegetable wax extracted from the shrub, euphorbia cerifera by boiling and skimming off the resultant layer of wax. It produces excellent gloss and structure. It finds application in formulating lipstick, lip gloss and sunscreen products.
