Water (and) Iron oxides (C.I. 77499) (and) Ammonium polyacrylate. W60BBNFAP-O by Kobo is a pigment dispersion grade. It contains 60% black iron oxide. Provides full color development, better stability, improved gloss and ease of use. W60BBNFAP-O is recommended for use in emulsions (e.g. BB creams, liquid and cream foundation, cream-to-powder make-up, concealer, mascara and blush). May also be used in suspensions (e.g. aqueous gel, oil control liquid make-up). Complies with Canada, Europe, Australia and Japan chemical inventory.
