Titanium dioxide (71.5-75.5%) (and) Isododecane (11.5-15.5%) (and) Isohexadecane (7.5-9.5%) (and) Isopropyl titanium triisostearate (1.0-2.0%) (and) Lecithin (0.5-1.5%) (and) Ethylene/Propylene/Styrene copolymer (0.5-1.5%) (and) Polyhydroxystearic acid (0.25-1.0%) (and) Butylene/Ethylene/Styrene copolymer (0.01-0.5). PMLVP75C by Kobo is a pigment dispersion grade. It is a dispersion containing 75% pigmentary titanium dioxide in a volatile, non-D5 carrier. The pigments are surface treated prior to dispersion. Provides full color development, better stability, improved gloss and ease of use. It is compatible with mineral oil, castor oil, isododecane and synthetic wax; slightly compatible with polydecene, octyl palmitate, cyclomethicone, diisopropyl adiapte, phenyl trimethicone and dimethicone2 as well as non-compatible with diwater. PMLVP75C is recommended for use in cold process formulations, particularly emulsions (e.g. mascara, eyeliner, liquid and cream foundation, concealer, cream-to-powder make-up and blush). May also be used in anhydrous formulations (e.g. eyeshadow, concealer). Complies with U.S, Canada, Europe, Australia, Korean, Philippines and China chemical inventory.
