Zinc Oxide (91-95%) (and) Hydrogenated Olive Oil Stearyl Esters (4-10%). MZO-35-NOE7 by Kobo Products is natural mineral-based, UV attenuated, non-nano zinc oxide powder. It is made hydrophobic by natural surface treatment using hydrogenated olive oil stearyl. It is an effective UV filter. It can improve dispersion in formulas. It offers moisturization and imparts color, coverage & spreadability and adds pressability to powder cakes allowing them to be pressed without additional binders. Due to its relatively low reflective index, large particle size it can be used in formulas without causing significant whitening. MZO-35-NOE7 is ideal for formulating mild or hypoallergenic sun care products with UVA/UVB protection for babies and people with sensitive skin. It is EU compliant grade.
