MZO-31-MS7

Zinc Oxide (91.00-95.00 %) and Hydrogen Dimethicone (5.00-9.00 %). MZO-31-MS7 by Kobo acts as an UV filter and dispersant. Nano zinc oxide surface is treated with Kobo's MS (Methicone) treatment. This treatment provides a hydrophobic coating which is highly suitable for dispersing the treated powders in silicones but is not very compatible with esters and oils. Moreover, dispersion enhances properties like protection and transparency. The treatment provides dry skin feel and is not suitable for oil-in-water emulsions. MZO-31-MS7 is used in skin- and sun care applications. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, ENCS, IECSC, KECL, PICCS and AICS.
