KTZ® SHIMMER GOLD-I2

Blend of Mica, titanium dioxide, isopropyl titanium triisostearate. KTZ® SHIMMER GOLD-I2 by Kobo acts as a pearlescent- and treated pigment. It provides intermediate coverage, glistening effect and transparency. Surface treatment of pearlescent pigment with ITT enhances the dispersibility of the pearl, decreases surface activity and maximizes water repellency. Further, it allows for an easy formulation in esters, mineral oils and silicone fluids. The treatment also improves spreading, gloss, adhesion, feel on the skin and pressability in powders. KTZ® SHIMMER GOLD-I2 is a free flowing off-white powder, insoluble in water. Applications in formulating eyeshadows, face powders, lipsticks, foundations, corrective skin products, sunscreens, body lotions, face lotions, body washes, shampoos and conditioners.
