KTZ® FINE WHITE-I2 is a free-flowing off-white powder and is insoluble in water. Exhibits excellent coverage, smooth, transparent and supple effect. Used in decorative cosmetics. Complies with Europe, Australia, Japan and Canada DSL Inventory.
