KTZ® BLUE CLARET-I2

Blend of titanium dioxide, mica, iron oxides (CI 77491) and isopropyl titanium triisostearate (ITT). KTZ® BLUE CLARET-I2 by Kobo acts as a dispersant, pearlescent- and treated pigment. It provides rich, velvety bluish red, brilliant luster and superb coverage. Surface treatment of pearlescent pigment with ITT enhances the dispersibility of the pearl, decreases surface activity and maximizes water repellency. Further, it allows for an easy formulation in esters, mineral oils and silicone fluids. The treatment also improves spreading, gloss, adhesion, feel on the skin and pressability in powders. KTZ® BLUE CLARET-I2 is insoluble in water and has applications in formulating eyeshadows, face powders, lipsticks, foundations, corrective skin products, sunscreens, body lotions, face lotions, body washes, shampoos and conditioners.
