KOBOPEARL® PERPETUAL IO RedOrange-I2

Synthetic fluorphlogopite (52.0-56.0%), silica (26.5-30.5%), titanium dioxide (4.0-8.0%), isopropyl titanium triisostearate (1.0-3.0%) and iron oxide (5.0-9.0%). KOBOPEARL® PERPETUAL IO RedOrange-I2 by Kobo acts is a surface treated pearlescent pigment. KOBOPEARL® PERPETUAL IO RedOrange-I2 is an aesthetic enhancer, with particle size of 30-120 microns. Offers intense, brilliant color and luster. Demonstrates color travel (predominant color is red with color travel to orange). Insoluble in water and used in lipsticks, foundations, face powders, eye, nail, hair, body and toiletry products. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, IECSC, KECL, PICCS and AICS.
