Iron Oxides (C.I. 77499) (and) Ceramide NP (and) Stearic Acid (and) Cetearyl Alcohol (and) Phytosterols (and) Dimethicone. IOR DS-PDL3 by Kobo Products acts as a treated pigment. The surface treatment provides water resistance and smoothness to finished products. PDL3 mimics stratum corneum intercellular lipid. This treatment provides excellent skin protection effect (barrier function to maintain moisture) and skin compatibility and adhesion. It gives good color development to formulations. It is insoluble in water. IOR DS-PDL3 is suggested for use in various cosmetics and personal care formulations.
