DSPCS /3N-I2

Silica, ethylene/methacrylate copolymer and isopropyl titanium triisostearate. DSPCS /3N-I2 by Kobo acts as a texturing agent and dispersant. Provides the best balance of soft focus, lightweight powdery after-feel and high oil absorption capacity. Surface treatment with isopropyl titanium triisostearate (ITT) has good skin affinity and greatly improves the dispersibility of powders in various organic vehicles. DSPCS /3N-I2 is a white microsphere complex, bonded to silica. Applications in non-greasy cream-to-powders, lipsticks, liquid foundations, eye shadows and sun care formulations.
