DSPCS /3H-I2

Silica (67.5-70.0%), ethylene/methacrylate copolymer (28.6-30.2%) and isopropyl titanium triisostearate (1.8-2.2%). DSPCS /3H-I2 by Kobo possesses texturing and dispersing properties. Offers the best balance of soft focus, lightweight powdery after-feel and high oil absorption capacity. Treatment with isopropyl titanium triisostearate (ITT) greatly improves the dispersibility of powders and has good skin affinity. DSPCS /3H-I2 is an odorless white fine powder, insoluble in water. Applications in non-greasy cream-to-powders, lipsticks, liquid foundations, eye shadows and sun care formulations. DSPCS /3H-I2 complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, IECSC, KECL, PICCS, ENCS and AICS.
