70% surface treated pigmentary titanium dioxide in a blend of oils and esters. DIDW70CFS by Kobo acts as an aesthetic enhancer. DIDW70CFS is a pigment dispersion which has increased color strength, gloss, increased protection and transparency achievable with sunscreens. Fluoro Silane surface treatment to the pigments provides excellent spreading and adhesion effect on skin. DIDW70CFS is a white paste, with characteristic odor. Applications include liquid and cream foundation, concealer, mascara, blush, sun care products and eye shadow.
