CPF-3300@10cSt by Kobo Products is a low viscosity silicone. This phenyl modified silicone fluid offers a unique sensory profile in comparison to Cyclopentasiloxane to achieve desirable and comparable formulation results. It is used to further enhance optical reflective properties. It provides increased shine, improved smudge and transfer resistance resulting in longer wear, better color development of the pigment in the finished formula and more uniform product payoff. CPF-3300@10cSt is suggested for use in color cosmetics for gloss, softness & shine, hair care and skin care products where it improves emolliency and water repellency.
