BTD-FS

Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891) (98-99.5%) (and) Perfluorooctyl Triethoxysilane (0.5-2.0%). BTD-FS by Kobo Products is fluoro silane treated pigment. It facilitates excellent spreading and adhesion to the skin while preventing the agglomeration of pigments into fine lines and wrinkles. It helps to reduce oil by repelling sebum from pigments on the skin. It is used for improved water resistance and long wear in mascaras. BTD-FS is suitable for use in liquid-, dry water- and pressed powder foundations. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, ENCS, IECSC, KECL and AICS.
