HDI/Ppg/Polycaprolactone Crosspolymer (97-99%) (and) Silica (1-3%). BPD-500T by Kobo Products acts as a texturing agent. It promotes good blendability on the skin, a more natural finish and increased payoff. It imparts finished products with elegant silky textures, enhanced slip and ball bearing effect. BPD-500T scatters light to diminish the look of fine lines on the skin and provides an effect known as soft focus and optical blurring. It exhibits high oil absorption capacity and can be used for sebum control & as carriers to absorb and deliver materials. It offers volumizing effect in mascaras. Complies with TSCA and EINECS/ELINCS.
