Polymethyl Methacrylate (96.5-99.5%) (and) Isopropyl Titanium Triisostearate (0.5-3.5%). BPA-5I5 by Kobo Products is a surface treated pigment. It has ability to scatter light to diminish the look of fine lines on the skin, an effect known as optical blurring or soft focus. It provides ball-bearing effect which imparts finished products with increased payoff, an elegant silky texture, enhanced slip and good blendability for a more natural finish. BPA-5I5 is recommended for use in decorative cosmetics. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, IECSC, KECL, PICCS, AICS.
