Polymethyl Methacrylate (100%). BPA-500 by Kobo Products acts as a texturing agent. Provides a ball bearing effect which imparts finished products with increased payoff, an elegant silky texture, enhanced slip and better blendability for a more natural skin finish. It has high oil absorption capacity and can be used for sebum control or as carrier to absorb & deliver materials. It can scatter light to diminish the look of fine lines on the skin and offers soft focus and optical blurring effect. BPA-500 offers volumizing effect in mascaras. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, IECSC, ENCS, KECL, PICCS, EINECS/ELINCS and AICS.
