Blue 1 Lake (92-98%) (and) Isopropyl Titanium Triisostearate (1-3%) (and) Triethoxysilylethyl Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone (3-5%). BLUE 1AL S-TTB6 by Kobo Products is a surface treated pigment. It is hybrid treatment where titanate is used to react the silicone compound branched dimethicone to the surface of pigments and powders. It has better affinity for the skin and is very stable over a wide pH range. It can be used in esters, oils, silicones and hydrocarbons. It exhibits water resistance which can improve the wear of lipsticks, powders, anhydrous blushes and water-in-oil emulsions. BLUE 1AL S-TTB6 is also suitable for use in foundations and concealers. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL and IECSC.
