Black 2 (43-47%) (and) Aqua (40-44%) (and) Butylene Glycol (11-14%). BLACK 2-WBG45 by Kobo Products is a pigment dispersion. It provides excellent color strength with around 45% pigment loading. It is designed for use in mascaras and eyeliners. It can also be used in emulsions (o/w, s/w, w/o & w/s) and aqueous suspensions. BLACK 2-WBG45 complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, ENCS, IECSC, KECL, PICCS and AICS.
