This dispersion in water/glycol tends to aggregate in formulas. Offers full color development, color strength, opacity, better stability, improved gloss and ease of use. Suitable to formulate in emulsions (o/w, s/w, w/o, w/s) or aqueous suspensions. BG60PFCQ is used in liquid & cream foundations, cream-to-powder make-ups, concealers, mascaras, blushes and oil control liquid make-ups. It is recommended for use in hair applications. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, ENCS, IECSC, KECL, PICCS and AICS.
