Titanium Dioxide (68.50-73.00%) (and) Jojoba Esters (10.00-14.00%) (and) Hydrated Silica (10.00-14.00%) (and) Aluminum Hydroxide (3.50-7.50%). A15-TiO2-SA-NJE12 by Kobo Products is a treated pigment. It is an effective UV filter when the primary particle size is <100 nm. It is ideal for formulating mild- or hypoallergenic sun care products with UVA/UVB protection for babies and children, and consumers with sensitive skin. Its physical and chemical stability differentiates this filter from organic UV absorbers. NJE treated pigments and powders offer a creamy feel and good affinity to the skin. A15-TiO2-SA-NJE12 is recommended for use in powders due to their good pressability, as well as emulsions and hot pours. It is listed with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, ENCS, IECSC, PICCS and AICS.
