LYSOFIX™ Liquid by Lucas Meyer Cosmetics (IFF) is a preservative-free, natural and elegant, cold process, lysophospholipids O/W natural & powerful emulsifier with a silky touch. In formulas, lysophospholipids arrange in micellar structure and organize closely to form small and tight emulsions ensuring high stability. This highly flexible ingredient can be used either cold or hot process. It is compatible with all kinds of oils, chemical and physical UV filters and pigments. It offers increased hydration and reinforces the skin barrier thus decreasing TEWL and keeping the skin moisturized. It helps to reduce the signs of aging and enhances the bioavailability of active ingredients by increasing their permeability through the stratum corneum. It provides appealing sensory characteristics to formulas: an elegant after feel, easy spreadability on the skin and luxurious & non-greasy skin feel even with high oil content. The unique structure of molecules allows it to coat the particles (pigments, powders, mineral UV filters). It offers high skin tolerance, skin hydration and enhances collagen & elastin production. It can be used in a wide range of textures from spray to creams & lotions. LYSOFIX™ Liquid is used in face-, body-, hair-, baby-, men-, & sun care, make-up and toiletries.
