Brassicyl Isoleucinate Esylate (and) Brassica Alcohol. Emulsense™ HC by INOLEX is an anti-static agent and emulsifier. It is a natural cationic system derived solely from fermentation and plant materials using sustainable green chemistry principals. Its active component is a cationic surfactant with predominantly C22 chains. Emulsense™ HC is used in hair conditioning products. It is natural-certified ingredient.
