Flexicare™ PQ-1130

Polymethacrylamidopropyltrimonium Chloride. Flexicare™ PQ-1130 by Innovative Chemical Technologies acts as film former, cationic emulsifier, conditioning- and softening agent. It is a unique high molecular weight, high charge density, cationic dispersant homopolymer that provides conditioning and flexible hold at low use concentrations.
