It is an excellent delivery system for various skin care applications that incorporate active ingredients and cosmeceuticals. Leaves the skin feeling silky smooth and not oily. Offers matte finish and maintains excellent playtime. Cosmetic Fluid 6590-DM is used in delivery system, skin care and body care products.
