Silicone glycol. ICM 1511 by CHT Group acts as a wetting, conditioning, foaming or defoaming and emulsifying agent. This silicone glycol is a modified dimethylsilicone. It also acts as a non-ionic surfactant used in both aqueous and non-aqueous systems.
