Propylene Glycol, Water, Arnica Chamissonis Flower Extract. Acts as a moisturizing, skin re-equilibrating and stimulant active. It is a preservative-free extract of arnica flowers in hydro-glycolic solution. It is suggested for nourishing and stimulating products, it helps to restore normal hydration of skins damaged by external agents and excessive exposure to sun rays.
