Propylene Glycol Stearate. HALLSTAR® PGMS PURE by Hallstar is a bodying-, co-emulsifying agent, emollient, emulsifying agent (W/O), emulsion stabilizing agent and opacifier. This plant derived/vegetal based and biodegradable ingredient is the esterification product of triple-pressed stearic acid with propylene glycol. HALLSTAR® PGMS PURE is used in antiperspirants, bath additives, cleansing wipes, daily wear sun care, eye area color cosmetics and facial color cosmetics. Also, used in facial skin care, hair colorants, hair conditioners, hand & body care, shampoos, shaving products and styling aids.
