PEG-8 Laurate. HALLSTAR® PEG 400 ML by Hallstar is an emulsifier (O/W) & micro emulsifier, emollient and lubricant. This biodegradable and plant derived/vegetal-based ingredient is the esterification product from the reaction of coco-derived fatty acid and polyethylene glycol. HALLSTAR® PEG 400 ML is used in after-sun skin-, beach wear sun-, daily wear sun- & facial skin-, hand- & body care, self-tanners and shampoos.
