Theobroma Grandiflorum Seed Butter. Biochemica® Cupuaçu Butter Refined is a biodegradable, bodying-, moisturizing-, emollient, lubricant and skin hydration agent. It offers dermal moisture content balance. It is a plant derived / vegetal-based grade. Prevents drying of the skin and development of wrinkles. Reduces degeneration of skin cells and restores skin flexibility. It offers skin softness and improves the moisture as well as elasticity of the skin. Cupuaçu Butter has a high capacity for water absorption and is therefore an excellent emollient for cosmetic formulations, often being compared functionally with Lanolin. Biochemica® Cupuaçu Butter Refined is used in creams, lotions, balms, make-up foundations, bar soaps, massage creams and a variety of cosmetic applications. It is cosmos approved grade.
