Equisetum Arvense Extract (and) Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (and) Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Almond) Oil. Biochemica® Horsetail Butter by Hallstar is an anti-inflammatory-, bodying-, moisturizing-, hair conditioning- & skin hydration agent, antioxidant, emollient and skin protectant (anti-radical properties). This biodegradable & plant-derived/vegetal-based ingredient offers dermal moisture content balancing and feel modification/enhancement. Also, provides hair cuticle protection, non-occlusive & non-oily properties. This bio-available silica, when applied topically, can greatly aid in the healing of wounds and burns. Also, has a softening and smoothing, velvety effect. Mineral-rich Horsetail contains the building blocks needed for collagen and elastin synthesis, and the silicon present will link any collagen produced, thus greatly enhancing the rebuilding of connective tissues in the epidermis. It also contains flavonoids and saponins which help rebuild as well as regenerate skin cells. This ingredient may be used for cutaneous dryness to assist in moisturization after exposure to sun and other harsh elements.
