PEG/PPG-22/23 Dimethicone. TC-204 by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) acts as an emollient, moisturizing, conditioning agent and foam stabilizer. It is a safe water-soluble surfactant with good moisturizing, foam-stabilizing and conditioning capacity. It provides hair a silky-feel and lubricating effect. It shows no irritation to skin. TC-204 is used in 2 in 1 shampoo, styling product, soap, shaving products, body wash, facial cleanser, skin lotion, make-up foundation and antiperspirant.
