Dimethicone (and) Cocamidopropyl Betaine (and) C12-15 Pareth-3 (and) Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride. Hony 103 by Guangzhou Hony New Material is non-ionic, large particle size silicone emulsion based on 60% ultra-high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane fluid. It provides excellent hair conditioning performance, outstanding smoothness on dry & wet hair, enhanced dry combing and soft feel. Hony 103 is recommended for use in shower gels, conditioning 2-in-1 shampoos and rinse-off & leave-in hair conditioners. Its shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
