Mica (52.0-56.0%), Titanium Dioxide (44.0-48.0%) and Tin Oxide (<1.0%). QC 215 by Guangxi Chesir Pearl Material acts as a pearlescent pigment. It is a sandwich compound made from natural mica coated with titanium and tin metal oxide. It is rutile purple pearl and provides purple reflection, yellowish-green transmission and bright luster. It is non-toxic, environment friendly, harmless to the water quality and do not contain any heavy metals. It is non-flammable, non-conductive and resistant to high temperature. Moreover, it has special surface structure, high refractive index and high transparent appearance. It offers weather resistance, gorgeous soft pearl gloss and excellent dispersing performance. QC 215 is used to formulate nail polishes, lip gloss, powders and lipsticks.
