UV Cut TiO₂-40-W

Water (and) Titanium Dioxide (and) Alumina (and) Silica (and) Sodium Polyacrylate (and) Glycerin (and) Phenoxyethanol (and) Xanthan Gum (and) Chlorphenesin. UV Cut TiO2-40-W by Grant Industries is a 40% dispersion of ultrafine titanium dioxide in water. Offers both UVA (320-400nm) and UVB (280-320nm) protection. Improved photo-stability and lower irritation profile compared to chemical sunscreen agents. UV Cut TiO2-40-W has good transparency on skin. Combine with UV Cut ZnO-50-W for broad spectrum sun protection. It is specifically designed for oil-in-water emulsions and aqueous systems. Dispersible in water. UV Cut TiO2-40-W is used in sun care, skincare, color cosmetic and hair care formulations. Such o/w emulsions are of particular interest for daily-wear with sun shielding function due to the characteristics of being less oily and very breathable for skin.
