M-Q resin in cyclomethicone. It proveds great coverage and waterproofing to any color cosmetic. It is lubricious and pays out great application, but once it evaporates, the polymer film exhibits outstanding adhesion and water-repellency, to provide an enduringly smooth, non-tacky product. Designed to be formulated into anhydrous systems. It is used in lip products for it's high gloss and non-transfer properties. Also used in skincare, color cosmetic, sun care, and hair care formulations.
