Anionic Acrylic Polymer. Plascize L-9700 by GOO Chemical acts as a surfactant, conditioning agent, anti-static agent, restructuring agent, texturing agent and film forming agent. It provides texture to shampoos, conditioners and body soaps. For hair styling application, it exhibits hardness, flexibility and smooth finishing features.
