Amphoteric and cationic polymer. Plascize L-450W by GOO Chemical acts as a cleansing agent, texturing agent, film former, fixative and anti-static agent. It is water based and provides body and strength to treated hair. Offers long lasting effect for eye make-up and skin care products. It contains phenoxyethanol as preservative. It finds application in formulating mousse, mist, hair wax, shampoo, body soap, treatment conditioner and skin care products. Plascize L-450W complies with ISO9001 & 14001.
