Plascize L-301

Non-ionic acrylic oligomer. Plascize L-301 by GOO chemicals acts as a plasticizer and texturing agent. It is a liquid polymer which does not form films. Plascize L-301 offer long lasting effect for skin care products. It could also be used as base ingredient for hair liquid and provides light finishing in hair styling.
