Calophyllum Inophyllum Seed Oil. Nyamplung oil by Givaudan Active Beauty acts as an emollient/oil, anti-oxidant, regenerating/repairing/revitalizing, sensory agent, UV / sun protection (no SPF) / SPF booster anti-aging agent. It is a virgin oil extracted from the nuts of an Indonesian tree, Calophyllum Inophyllum, well-known as Tamanu. It is preservative-free. Offers photoaging prevention through 3 complementary activities i.e SPF booster (optimization of sunscreen performance), DNA protection (85% protection against UVB-induced damages), antioxidant (4 times more efficient than polyphenols). It leaves a dry & soft feel. Nyamplung oil is used in nutritive cream, oil, massage, hair care, mature skin, sun protection and after-sun products.
