Polydiethylsiloxane. SiBrid® DE-15 is a light emollient with a soft, cushion-like skin feel, imparting excellent slip and spreading properties in skincare and color cosmetics. In the water in silicone foundations and pressed powders, SiBrid® DE-15 serves as an excellent vehicle for wetting the pigments. SiBrid® DE-15 exhibits far greater compatibility with common cosmetic ingredients than do the Dimethicone fluids.
