It improves the product transparency in cosmetic use with superior compression and better adhesion properties. Thus, it provides perfect gloss, flashing and brightness effect. Moreover, it effectively covers blemishes and protects from UV radiations. It provides acid and alkali resistance under the normal temperatures. COSMI® Luster Pearl 11123 finds application in formulating decorative cosmetic products. The product is not classified as dangerous according to Directive 67/548/EEC, 1999/45/EC and Regulation (EC) No.1272/2008.
