Potassium Cetyl Phosphate. Top-care A16K by Foshan Hytop New Material is an oil soluble long chain phosphate ester and exhibits good affinity with skin lipid. It acts as an emulsifier. The skin care product and ointment can be stable in a wide range of pH value. Top-care A16K provides stable thickening effect, no irritation for skin and excellent water resistance of oil-in-water emulsifier. It is suitable for cosmetics.
