Ginger CO2-se extract

Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Extract. Acts as a fragrance ingredient. It is derived from ginger and has no reproducible microorganisms. It has 82-95% essential oil, 30-45% alpha- and beta-zingiberene, farnesene, curcumene, geranial, thujanol, neral, sesquiphellandrene, 2-5% total pungent compounds including less than 0.5% shogaols. Used in perfumery.
