Cetearyl Alcohol & Stearalkonium Chloride & Propylene Glycol. Acts as a conditioning agent. It is a ready to use pastilled concentrate that allows for an easy single-step process. It only requires dispersion in hot water and the addition of preservative, fragrance, and dye. Imparts improved wet comb, and can be further enhanced by complementing the formula with other additives. It is a preservative free product. It is suitable for products ranging from mass market to premium and salon conditioners.
