PPG-11 Stearyl Ether. TEGOSOFT® APS by Evonik is an excellent solvent, carrier, solubilizer and an emollient. It is highly polar ingredient with a pleasant skin feel. It is an excellent solvent for lipophilic active ingredients and perfume oils. It gives good skin conditioning properties and pleasant after feel on the skin. TEGOSOFT® APS is applicable in roll-on antiperspirants, colognes and fragrances and bath oils.
