PEG-14 Dimethicone. ABIL® B 8843 by Evonik is a silicone surfactant and hydrophilic emollient. Also, acts as plasticizing agent for hair setting polymers and hair fixatives. It forms stable & dense creamy foam and improves skin feel. It is cold processable. ABIL® B 8843 finds application in formulating hair styling formulations, liquid foundations, shampoos, shower gels and shaving foam.
