Carthamus tinctorius oil. Esperis-Safflower Oil acts as a conditioning agent and thickener. It looks like bright gold yellow clear liquid. It is one of the few vegetable oils to have a percentage of more than 70% linoleic acid. It is recommended in the case of eczema and rough skin. It is a great base for emulsions of the treatment of the dry and aging skin. Esperis-Safflower Oil is used in the preparation of lipsticks. Recommended dosage levels for Esperis-Safflower Oil is 5-10%.
